We take great care when completing a closing statement for the tenant. We always have a move in inspection that is given to the tenant upon move in and a move out inspection which is also supplied to the tenant. When the tenant leaves a house dirty and has damaged the home then they are charged accordingly based on what the contractor charges us to repair.
